The two 45 cm sealing bars, supplied as standard, allow multiple products to be packaged in the same cycle, significantly increasing productivity. Alternatively, a single sealing bar can be used whenever the application requires it.

The large vacuum chamber provides ample space for bulky products or multiple bags at the same time, making every packaging cycle more efficient.

TV 52 Industrial combines a 25 m³/h oil-lubricated vacuum pump, a mobile trolley-mounted structure and two standard sealing bars with a 220–240 V single-phase power supply.

This allows the machine to be installed without the need for a dedicated three-phase electrical supply, simplifying installation while reducing both installation time and costs.

The trolley-mounted design also makes it easy to move the machine around the production area, allowing workspaces to be reorganized quickly whenever required.

A MACHINE THAT ADAPTS TO YOUR NEEDS

TV 52 Industrial can be equipped with an optional package including MAP gas flushing, Soft Air and Tecla Chef Assistant Pro. Each function can be activated or deactivated directly from the control panel, allowing the machine to be configured according to different packaging applications and production requirements.

The inert gas system enables Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), making it particularly suitable for delicate or easily deformable products.

The Soft Air function controls the gradual reintroduction of air into the chamber at the end of the cycle, helping preserve product integrity.

Tecla Chef Assistant Pro expands the machine's capabilities with dedicated programs for rapid marinating, cream degassing and shellfish cleaning.

An optional bag trimming system is also available, providing a more professional package finish while reducing post-packaging operations.

The digital control panel allows up to 20 customized programs to be stored, enabling operators to recall the ideal settings for each packaging application within seconds.
